Each year on January 28, the West New York Leones Cubanos honors Cuban leader José Martí’s birthday by donating gifts and baby care items to the family of a newborn baby at Palisades Medical Center. This year, Leones Cubanos members proudly delivered the generous donation to Luisa Camaja and Ernesto De La Cruz of Palisades Park after the birth of their baby boy Alexander Camaja De La Cruz. Alexander was born on January 28 and weighed 7 lbs., 10 oz.
