Funeral mass took place Jan. 29 at Immaculate Conception Church for Mary C. DeRocco, 101, formerly of Jersey City. She passed away Jan. 26. Mary was a Sunshine Girl for Secaucus Senior Citizens Club, a member of the 60 Plus Club, the 1st Golden Age Club and a resident of the Cuscack Care Center in Jersey City. She was the mother of Mary Ann Vargo and her husband John, Bernadette Voorhees and her husband Charles; Nina DeRocco and Peter DeRocco and his wife Patricia; grandmother of nine grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren; and was predeceased by her grandson Jon Vargo. Services arranged by the Mack Memorial Home, Secaucus.
