Heartfelt thanks from the Frey Family

Dear Editor:
On behalf of the Frey Family, I would like to take this time and thank everyone for the tremendous show of support and sympathy for out father’s passing, George J. Frey, Jr. Losing a loved one isn’t easy, especially a week before the Christmas holiday. He obviously touched many people with his time here on earth and that showed with the out pouring of love and support from all his friends, colleagues and family.
I would like to especially thank Chief Falco of the Hoboken Police Department and its members for the beautiful floral arrangement ant the extended guide out to the cemetery. I would like to thank the Hoboken Coaches and Managers Association for their floral arrangements as well and to members of the City Council which took the time to pay their respects to my father, and the Jandora Family for their support even during their time of loss.
A very special thank you to Chief Blohm and the men and women of the Hoboken Fire Department for the love and sympathy which was expressed in the two days of my father’s services. You men and women are my extended family and the well wishers which were in attendance made various comments regarding the visitation my father received from our department. They were in disbelief over the show of support.
In closing I would like to send a sincere thank you to the Dean Michael Clarizio Cancer Foundation for their tremendous efforts in making our fathers this year’s recipient of its foundation. They do so much work for cancer patients and we would like to recognize them at this time. In lieu of flowers, we offered that a donation be made to this foundation. Anyone who did donate, we sincerely appreciate it. Again, thank you for the show of support for our family during this difficult time of loss. Last but not least, thank you to John and David McKnight and the staff at Faillas Funeral Home for their tremendous efforts in making our fathers services remarkable and giving him the send off he deserved.

Sincerely,
Andrew Frey
