Discussing healthcare issues
Last month, more than 50 local residents and public officials gathered at Palisades Medical Center for its 2010 Community Meeting, where they discussed the state of healthcare in our region and the PMC’s ongoing plans to serve the community’s needs.
The meeting allowed residents the opportunity to hear from the PMC executives and board.
“Our 2010 Community Meeting provided us with a wonderful and unique opportunity to engage with local community members to discuss healthcare issues that are relevant to their lifestyles,” said president and CEO of PMC Bruce J. Markowitz. “This dialogue helps us assess and respond to needs based on what the community residents tell us.”
