Funeral services were held Sept. 16 for Cristobal Rodriguez, 61, of Jersey City. He died Sept. 12 at Jersey City Medical Center. He was employed as a maintenance man for the Jersey City Board of Education for the past nine years, stationed at PS 40, Snyder High School, and lastly, PS 3. He was also a member of John 3:16 Church in Jersey City. He was the uncle of Bettina Soto and Angel Luis and the friend of Betty and Migdalia Mojica and the entire Mojica Family, Porfilio Suarez, and many others.
