UNION CITY AND BEYOND — Michael Riccutti of Union City has filed a motion asking the city of New York to preserve the tree limb that fell a week ago and killed his six-month-old daughter during a family trip to the zoo, according to UPI.
This is the first step in a lawsuit against the city, according to press reports. The incident happened in Central Park.
