Bayonne Knights of Columbus, Star of the Sea Council No. 371, announced that the annual Free Throw Contest will take place on Saturday, Feb. 6 from 9 to 11 a.m. at the Bayonne High School Ice Rink Gym. All boys and girls ages 10 to 14, who are residents of Bayonne or attend school in Bayonne, are eligible to participate.
Trophies will be awarded to the first and second place winners in each age group. The first place winners will move on to the regional competition, to be held at a later date. All participants will receive a certificate of participation.
Information has been sent to all Bayonne elementary schools.
