HUDSON COUNTY — Former state Senator Bernard Kenny is reportedly being considered as the new chairman of the Hudson County Democratic Organization, a political body he chaired three years ago. Recently, Kenny, a Hoboken resident, attended a fundraiser for Jersey City Councilman Steve Fulop, who is expected to run for mayor in 2013
