Funeral mass was offered Jan. 26 at St. Francis R.C. Church, Hoboken, for Pantaleo Sasso, 76, of Hoboken. He passed away Jan. 21 surrounded by his family. Pantaleo was born in Molfetta, Italy and moved to Hoboken where he spent most of his life. He was a retired employee for the textile industry working in various companies throughout Hudson County. Surviving Pantaleo are his wife Carmela; his children Vincenza Casalino and her husband Peter, Esther Rentas and her husband Luis, Cosmo Sasso and his wife Eliana, Anthony Sasso, and Martin Sasso, his brother Damiano Sasso, his grandchildren Toni Marie, Peter Jr., Andrew, Esther C., and Damian, and nine great grandchildren.
