A funeral mass was offered Jan. 23 at St. Catharine’s R.C. Church, Holmdel, for Raymond P. Haney, 86. He died Jan. 20 at Care One, Holmdel. Born in Bayonne, he lived most of his life in Jersey City. Mr. Haney worked for over 30 years as an assistant budget director for the city of Jersey City, retiring in 1989. Raymond was predeceased by his parents, Joseph and Anna Haney. Surviving are his brothers, John and Robert Haney, and sister, Ann Piano. Services arranged by the Holmdel Funeral Home, Holmdel.
