Funeral mass was held Jan. 12 at St. Ann’s R.C. Church, Hoboken, for Sergio Giancaspro, 85, known to most as “Sam”, of Ridgefield, formally of Hoboken. He died at his residence on Jan. 7. He was a retired presser in the garment industry in New York City for many years. Surviving are two sons, Joseph and Michael, two daughters Joan Kilman and Claire, a son-in-law Peter Kilman and a daughter-in-law Cathy. Sergio was the grandfather of nine grandchildren and one great grandchild. Also surviving are two former wives, Michelle Maria, and Rose Lunanova.
