Teaming with State Fair Halloween Superstore, the world’s largest Halloween store, Anthony has realized his dream to develop the most elaborate scary and detailed attraction in New Jersey. From the twisted mind of Anthony Giordano and Scare Pro Productions comes 6,660 square feet of pure FEAR – State Scare Factory – New Jersey’s Ultimate, Newest Haunted Attraction!
Located in a creepy old warehouse at 229 Main Street in Belleville, just off Route 21, the crew at Scare Pro guarantees to scare the pants off you with original and unique details, special effects, sets, make-up and the most extraordinary actors New Jersey has ever experienced. State Scare Factory offers a once-a-year alternative to the everyday entertainment options.

From New Jersey to Hollywood and back

Anthony Giordano was born and raised in the Lodi/Garfield area of New Jersey. From the age of four he had a fascination with creepy and scary things. His first love was Halloween and haunted houses; his second, scaring people!
In 1995, Anthony went to the Art Institute of Pittsburgh, receiving a degree in Industrial Design with an emphasis on special effects fabrication.
Upon graduation, he returned to New Jersey and donated his time and talents to renew and update the haunted attraction at the Boys & Girls Club. He then went on to work as a Production Artist and Prop Fabricator on many commercials and music videos starring such megastars as Metallica, Dr. Dre, Missy Elliot, Johnny Cash, and numerous others. He also worked as a Model Maker and Sculptor at McFarlane Toys.
In 2001, Anthony moved to Los Angeles where he learned the ins and outs of the film industry. He has been involved in the production of multimillion dollar blockbuster Hollywood films, three of which are listed in the U.S. Top 500 grossing movies of all time – “The Last Samurai,” “Scooby Doo 2,” and “Spider-Man 2.”
Moving back to New Jersey in 2003, Anthony began creating special effects and fabrication for some of the highest profile companies in the world, such as MTV, VH1, NBC, 50 Cents, Nascar, WWE, WD-40 and Centrum. He was instrumental in the creation, design, and management of a haunted attraction at De Piro’s Farm Haunt in Montvale, and was subsequently hired by a models and effects shop in 2004.
Anthony is now in his sixth season working on NBC’s Saturday Night Live.
