To the Editor:
Last month, the O.L.A. division of the Bayonne Cluster Soup Kitchen purchased a new oven for use during the Soup Kitchen. This was only made possible due to the most generous donation of $2,000 from the Golden Ages group of O.L.A., and $1,000 donation from Karen Shaneen, also from Our Lady of the Assumption Church.
We would like to extend to them out most sincere thanks! We cannot tell you how heartwarming it is to know that when we are in need, our parishioners and friends do not hesitate to step up and offer their help!
