The family of 2009’s Jersey City Senior of the Year, Josephine Cassaro, were on hand to accept honors for her at the annual Hudson County Senior Luncheon held at the Casino in the Park in Jersey City Wednesday. The family accepted citations from Hudson County Executive Tom DeGise, Jersey City Mayor Jerramiah Healy and members of the 32nd Legislative District, Senator Nicholas Sacco, Assembly members Joan Quigley and Vincent Prieto.
