A burial is planned in India for Philip A. Parmar, 76. He passed away March 27 at Compassionate Care Hospice at The Atrium, Jersey City. He is survived by his wife Regina; two sons, Deepak and his wife Sharba, and Nitin and his wife Roshany; two daughters, Albina Macwan and her husband Victor, and Phelomena Parmar, and four grandchildren.
