Hoboken orthodontist, Cristina Teixeira, DMD, MS, Phd, 79 Hudson St., Suite 400, is featured on the cover story of Doctor of Dentistry NJ and Dental Economics: Woman Dentist Journal in the March 2009 issue. She is on the faculty of NYU College of Dentistry full time and maintains a research lab funded by the NIH. She started private practice in Hoboken two years ago. Despite her hectic schedule she always finds the time to reach out to the community by way of providing free oral health education presentations to the local school children of Hoboken. Now in April she will begin free Oral Cancer screenings for the local residents of Hoboken.
