PROCLAMATION

Mayor Jerramiah T. Healy presents a proclamation to Rotary Club of Jersey City President Francisco Guzman in the city chambers, flanked by elected officials and Rotary Club members. The proclamation marked the 104th birthday of Rotary International. The first Rotary Club opened in Chicago on February 23, 1905. Today, there are 1.2 million Rotary Club members in 32,000 clubs around the world.
