A funeral mass was offered on Feb. 9 at St. Paul the Apostle Church for Robert T. Finch, 78. He died Feb. 5 at Jersey City Medical Center. He was a lifelong Jersey City resident. He was a clerk for the Bankers Trust Company in New York City for 30 years, retiring in 1992. He was a U.S. Army veteran of Korea and a member of the Holy Name Society of St. Paul the Apostle Church in Jersey City. He was the husband of Florence Sassi Finch. Survivors include his sons, Thomas of Ocean Township, and Michael of Monroe Township; his brothers, Ernest of New York, and William of Newton, N.J., and four grandchildren.
