Dear Editor:
Fox Hills Gardens has improved greatly in the past year. The grounds are litter free, trees and shrubs are trimmed and grass is mowed regularly. Also the interior of the building is getting much needed cleaning. This is all due to the untiring efforts of Carmelo Garcia. He has motivated our maintenance staff and improved their morale. Carmelo has helped and encouraged them to plan their duties. As a result, areas that were long neglected are getting a “face lift.”
Thank you Mr. Garcia, we appreciate everything you have done for us.
