DONNELLY, MONICA. Mass for Monica (Treacy) Donnelly, a lifelong resident of Jersey City, was held Oct. 23 at Our Lady of Czestochowa Church, Jersey City. Donnelly died at home Oct. 20. She was 93. Donnelly was born in 1914 in the Greenville section of Jersey City. For many years, Donnelly was a member of the Women’s Auxiliary of the Hudson County Medical Society, the St. Aloysius Rosary Society and the Teresians. Survivors include her three sons, Paul D., James and Peter J. Donnelly; five daughters, Ann Malinowski, Pat Donnelly Martinez, Mary Donnelly, Monica Moffitt and Kate Donnelly; a sister, Patricia Mellen; 15 grandchildren, and two great-grandchildren.
