JOHNSON, TRYPHOSIA. Mass for Tryphosia Johnson, 86, of Jersey City, was held Oct. 17 at the Episcopal Church of the Incarnation, Jersey City. She died at home Oct. 10. She was born in Winston-Salem, N.C. Johnson was an employee of Chaus Inc., in Union City, for many years, retiring in 1987. She had also worked at Jonathan Logan, Inc. Survivors include two sisters, Thomsine Wright and Nathalie Carter; a sister-in-law, and many nieces and nephews.
