Dear Editor:
One behalf of the Township Council, I would like to take this opportunity to thank all those who participated in the 16th annual Weehawken Day. Despite the rainy weather nearly 300 volunteers, various community groups, Township employees and almost 4,000 attendees come out to make the day a tremendous success! This tradition has become a staple in our community, which allows us to appreciate Weehawken’s unique small town atmosphere. I am already looking forward to next year.
Thank you again to all those who helped make the Weehawken Day Festival such a special day.
