Dear Editor:
Let’s give credit where credit is due. To the firefighters of Hudson County on an outstanding job they’ve been doing on saving the lives of people from a burning or collapsed building with people being trapped and in car crashes. They also are a breed of their own. They work long days and sleep short nights; they go for hours, sometimes days on end with only a precious little bit of sleep. Yet they do their job well, and voluntarily they save lives and see death and tackle the flames wherever they may rage and respond to multiple false fire alarms.
This is why all the men and women firefighters of Hudson County deserve all the credit. So let’s keep them in our prayers that they will return back home to their loved ones.
