Dear Editor:
I read the Health Concepts vs. Al Arezzo article in your September 17, 2000 issue, and I don’t believe a word of the complaints.
I renovated my brownstone last year, and Al Arezzo and his crew bent over backwards to get our job done.
I was unprepared, unco1nnected and inexperienced, but despite his heavy workload, Arezzo always found time to advise me the same day I showed up at his office (Al’s crusty comment on visit 14 was “are we getting’ engaged soon?”) When I needed an inspection from that busy office, I called and was always able to schedule it for the same week.
While this article is my only source of information on this dispute, I am confident that the allegations are untrue and that there is more to it.
