A funeral service took place Feb. 18 for Mary D. Crome, 86. She passed away at home, surrounded by her family, on Feb. 15. She was a homemaker. Mary was born in St. Marco Dei Cavoti, Italy and has resided in Jersey City since 1963. She was the wife of George Crome; mother of Dolores Pagnano, Joanne Crome and Cathy Matos; grandmother of John Crome and Nicole Matos; and sister of the late Cosmo, Anthony, Marco, Michael Palumbo and Dolores Tremonte.
