On Wednesday, February 23, 2011; son of the late Johnnie Mae and Theodore Roosevelt Borroum; father of Kenneth, Lois, Leslie, Leon, JoAnn (Samuel) Elder, Valerie, Joseph and Theodore (Pamela) Borroum; godfather of Tameka, Jerome, Justin, and Monique Borroum; grandfather of Chantal, Joseph Jr., Trey, and Terrell; great-grandfather of 16 great-grandchildren; brother of Geraldine Dixon, Edna Chatman, Theotha Strickland, Lionel and Leroy (Alice) Borroum, and the late Mildred Jones and one late brother; brother-in-law of Robert and Frank Howard, Eileen Mason, Veronica and Joyce Howard, and Alice Leath; also survived by a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
