UNION CITY — A fundraiser is being held until April 15 for the family of the 29-year-old Union City woman found strangled March 27in her Summit Avenue apartment with a crucifix laying across her chest.
Her boyfriend, the father of her two children, has been charged with the murder.
The fundraiser is being held by the staff of Jersey City Medical Center, where the victim worked as a part-time security guard for the past two and a half years.
