RYDWIN, DR. BRIAN C

Dr. Brian C. Rydwin of New Orleans, La., formerly of Jersey City, died March 15 at his home in New Orleans. He was the Chief Resident at Charity Hospital in New Orleans, had a fellowship in Cardiology and was an assistant professor of medicine at Tulane University School of Medicine, Chief of Medicine at the Huey P. Long Hospital, Pineville, La., instructor in medicine at Tulane, co-director of the Cardiac Catherization Lab at Charity Hospital and Clinical Professor of Medicine at Louisiana State University School of Medicine. He also worked in private practice with Siegal,Vorhoff and Rushing. He was an avid reader and enjoyed scuba diving. He was the son of Dr. Chester R. Rydwin and the late Anita Clancy Rydwin, the brother of Diane Rydwin Flynn and Susan Rydwin and the uncle of Dr. Candice Flynn and her husband Dr. David Crum, Christopher Flynn and David Flynn.
