A funeral was held March 26 for Luis E. Rodriguez, 39, of Jersey City. He died at his home on March 21. He was born in Jersey City. He was the son of Marta Otero Rodriguez and the late Gaspar Rodriguez; the brother of Edwin Rodriguez, Frank Rodriguez and Evette Rodriguez; the father of Shinna Serrano, Jennifer Serrano, Johiada Taggart, Crystal Taggart, Luis Taggart, Lezette Taggart, and grandfather of Ivan Castillas, Ethan Lopez, and Madison Rodriguez.
