Thank you letter from Ravi Bhalla

Dear Editor:
I write to thank all of the friends, neighbors and other residents who were so supportive of me during the course of my campaign for New Jersey State Assembly.
I also write to congratulate Assemblyman Ruben Ramos and Sean Connors on their well-earned victories. As a local councilman in Hoboken, I look forward to working with Senator Brian P. Stack, Assemblyman Ramos and Mr. Connors on issues of importance to Hoboken. I also fully support their candidacies in the November general election.
Despite the outcome, I am very happy and proud of the campaign we ran. This was a victory in the sense that through our campaign, we were able to provide residents with a choice. It is challenging to get your name and message out to approximately 220,000 residents in the span of less than 4 weeks, but we worked hard, ran an honest and positive campaign, and should be proud that we were able to give a voice to thousands of residents within the 33rd Legislative District.
As a result, I am more energized than ever before about our future in the 33rd Legislative District. By meeting people and developing relationships across Jersey City, Union City, Weehawken and Hoboken, I learned that we live in perhaps one of the most ethnically diverse and dynamic districts in the State of New Jersey.
Although the campaign is over, this is a beginning, not and end. As I promised so many of you on the campaign trail, I stand by my pledge to continue to be involved and helpful in any way possible to meeting the needs of the residents of the 33rd Legislative District. I look forward to being of service to you in the future.

Sincerely,
Ravi S. Bhalla
