Dear Editor:
I am writing this letter in response to the letter from “Mary Mills” I am disappointed that someone would feel they deserve to go to the front of the line to get their box of cookies, in front of people waiting in line. It should not matter if the people in line are tourists, men, women, children or any category of person. I also find it disturbing that the Cake Boss Bouncer would ask if the person was from Hoboken, like that would give them the right to bypass the line.
The fact is we are free Americans and can choose where we want to buy our products. There is no one better that anyone else and each person deserves to be treated equally. If we choose to patronize Carlo’s City Hall Bakery, Rizzo’s, Goehrig’s or any other business that is our right, and we can base that decision on personal feelings and tastes.
