WEST NEW YORK — A West New York man and four other men were indicted Wednesday at a federal court in Newark by a grand jury. The five men will be charged with possession with intent to manufacture and distribute heroin, heroin distribution, and conspiracy to manufacture and distribute marijuana.
According to the U.S. Attorney’s office, the West New York man and four other men were arrested back in January in a West New York house for allegedly manufacturing drugs, said media sources.
