To the Editor:
In response to many area disasters, the American Red Cross incurred resource shortages impacting certain mandatory requirements associated with the timing of our scheduled blood drive. This forced a last minute cancellation. The Red Cross has assured the CWV that future scheduled blood drives will not be impacted.
We regret any inconvenience this may have caused and look forward to seeing you at the next scheduled CWV blood drive on Saturday, Nov. 19, 2011.
