Dear Editor:
I want to let the world know how proud I am to be a resident of Weehawken. Mayor Turner is a true visionary into the future. His leadership and success should be duly noted by all. In one week with both the announcement regarding the Resevoir property, and the announcement regarding Formula 1 Racing, Mayor Turner has once again put Weehawken on the map and has shone a very positive light into our community. Gloria Steinham is quoted as saying the following “Planning ahead is a measure of class. The rich and even the middle class plan for future generations, but the poor can plan ahead only for a few weeks or days.” Mayor Turner has once again proven what we already knew, Weehawken has a great plan for the future. I am very glad to be a resident.
