Vote for Sue Mack

Dear Editor:
Sue Mack is independent, innovative and experienced. Those three words define what Jersey City needs in a Council-person at large, a person who can make important decisions in regards to issues that will ultimately cost or save tax dollars. Sue has been a catalyst for early childhood education and creator of the Special Education Parental Advisory Panel. She secured millions upon millions of dollars for construction of new schools while being a visionary, early on, for the Hudson/Bergen Light Rail. For the seniors out there, Sue Mack was responsible for the Hudson County Senior Transcend Program. She can bring transparency to city government and has the ability to do something about the awful crime and taxes our residence face. Her hard work can bring Jersey City a better quality of life. There is no doubt in my mind because she has already proven it.
When people of intelligence vote, they do so by viewing what the candidate brings to the table, not because of ethnicity, gender, race, age, religion, etc.
Sue’s success and respect held as an elected school board member is an indicator of why registered voters consistently vote for her. Her never ending advocacy to help children with autism is a reminder of the kind of person she is deep down inside, where it truly matters. It is also why she has earned the nickname Aunt Sue by so many of us here in Jersey City. She gives back, does great work and is continuously growing. I have marked my calendar for November 8th as a reminder to vote for Sue Mack.
