To the Editor:
We want to thank Daneen Amormino and George Lavalle for the Bridgemen 1969-1987 Commemorative C.D. Volumes 1 and 2. It brought back all the good memories we had going to see the Bridgemen perform.
We always enjoyed the Drum and Bugle Corps, but no other corp gave us the thrills we got and still get from the Bridgmen. They were one of the most entertaining corps, and they still hold that title. So what a treat when the alumni started performing. We remember when they marched down the street and into Veterans Stadium in their yellow and black uniforms. The crowd went wild, stomping their feet and screaming with joy. We thought the bleachers were going to collapse!
We want to thank all of you for your dedication and hard work.
