The company offered to plant trees for all residents on that block and seven additional trees will be planted in front of M2 when construction is completed. The new building, which will be New Jersey’s first Platinum certified condo project, will be powered by solar and heated and cooled by the earth with geothermal wells. The building will be finished by July 2012.
