HOOP TRIP TO THE PLANETS

The kindergarteners at St. Joseph of the Palisades Elementary take a hoop trip to the planets during physical education class. As students blasted off (using hula hoops as pretend spaceships) they practiced different locomotion skills, visiting each planet one at a time. These students are visiting the planet Venus. As students visited each planet of the solar system, they learned fun and interesting facts. When asked which planet was the largest, students confidently answered, “Jupiter!”
