A funeral mass was offered Dec. 2 at St. Francis R.C., Hoboken, for Filomena Crismale. She passed away peacefully on Nov. 29 at Hoboken University Medical Center. Born in Molfetta, Italy, Filomena immigrated to Hoboken in 1971. Predeceased by her husband Giacomo Crismale in 1981, a mother, Filomena will be missed by three sons: Nicola and his wife Anna, Giuseppe and his wife Vita, Mauro and his wife Justine, and Vincenzo Crismale; and a daughter Francesca Cardone and her husband Eugenio. A great joy in Filomena’s life were her grandchildren Giacomo and Samuele, Linda and Pamela, Filomena, Mary Ann, Giacomo, and Joseph, Melissa, Catina and Jaclyn, Giacomo, Antonette, Jennifer and Christina; and 15 great-grandchildren. Also surviving is a sister, Antonia DeCeglie. Mrs. Crismale was a devotee to Madonna Dei Martiri Society. Services arranged by the Failla Memorial Home, Hoboken.
