Gerald H. Baker Receives Amicus Curiae Award

Gerald H. Baker received the New Jersey State Bar Association’s (NJSBA) Amicus Curiae Award at the Association’s Board of Trustees Meeting and Holiday Luncheon on Dec. 9 at the New Jersey Law Center. The award recognized Baker for his efforts in the case He v. Miller, where the Court established a framework for considering grants and denials of remittitur.
Baker is an NJSBA emeritus member since 1968. He is a former member of the Board of Trustees. He is with the firm Javerbaum Wurgaft Hicks Kahn Wikstrom & Sinins in Hoboken.
