HOBOKEN – The next Toll Brothers residential building in Hoboken will move closer to an opening on Jan. 31 at 3:30 p.m. when the developers host a ribbon cutting event for a toddler playroom at 1450 Washington St.
“The playroom is one of the many family-friendly features of the building including outdoor roof deck space, fitness room, 24-hour security and access to all the kid-friendly parks and outdoor activities that the neighborhood has to offer,” according to a release from Toll Brothers City Living. “Additionally, Toll Brothers will make a toy donation to a local charity in honor of their tiny tenants.”
The event will include eight to 10 toddlers with their parents, and after the ribbon cutting, Toll Brothers staff will lead a tour of the building. The event is open to invited members only.
