The Hudson School presents April Fool’s Day concert with pianist Pamela Ross and cellist Adrian Daurov

Pianist Pamela Ross and cellist Adrian Daurov will present “An April Fool’s Day concert of pop and classical music by Bach, Marvin Hamlisch, Beethoven and Brahms, on Sunday, April 1 at 3 and 5 p.m. at The Hudson School, 601 Park Ave., Hoboken.

Pamela Ross, an award winning pianist/actress/writer/recording artist, is a veteran soloist, theatrical artist, and chamber musician. Her critically acclaimed unique one woman shows have had long runs Off Broadway and in theatres and performing arts venues around the world. “Carreno!,” her multi-award winning one piano show about a night in the life of the tempestuous 19th century Venezuelan piano virtuoso Teresa Carreno, ran for 52 weeks on 42nd Street’s Theatre Row, where it was performed in Spanish as well as in English.
She is presently associated with Stevens Institute of Technology in Hoboken in the Department of Music Technology. Visit her at www.pamelaross.com.
Adrian Daurov was born in St. Petersburg, Russia, and studied at the St. Petersburg Conservatory. He appeared frequently as a soloist and chamber musician on the main concert stages of St. Petersburg, Moscow, as well as in Europe and the United States. His string quartet, “VOXARE,” is the quartet-in-residence at Bargemusic. He is currently principal ‘cellist with the Chamber Orchestra of New York.
