In an environment of increased college awareness and a college-going culture, Hudson Catholic boasts a number of Ivy League university acceptances this year.
Jorge Sion garnered acceptances to Cornell, Dartmouth, University of Pennsylvania, Brown, Swarthmore, and Princeton.
Brian Mendoza was also admitted to the University of Pennsylvania, Brown, and Cornell.
Some of the other acceptances acquired by Hudson Catholic students include Duke, New York University, Villanova, and the University of Chicago. The acceptances motivate current underclassmen and women to accomplish fantastic achievements now and in the future.
Letters have come in from Rutgers, Penn State, Hofstra, Michigan State, Arizona, University of Scranton, Elmira, Canisius, and even UCLA for one student, Robert Khouzam.
Hudson Catholic works to increase awareness of opportunities beyond the local colleges, especially for students who might be the first in their family to attend a post-secondary institution. The school demonstrates that hard work and commitment can take its students across the nation and to the top schools in the country.
