UNION CITY AND BEYOND – State Sen. Brian Stack will host State Government Night on Monday, June 18, between 5 and 8 p.m. at Jose Martí Freshman Academy with around 15 government agencies in attendance. Residents may bring questions, problems, and suggestions to the representatives of state government.
Agencies confirmed to attend include the Dept. of Banking and Insurance, the Board of Public Utilities, the Dept. of Children and Families, the Dept. of Community Affairs, the Dept. of Education, the Dept. of Environmental Protection, the Dept. of Health and Senior Services, the Dept. of Human Services, the Dept. of Labor, the Dept. of Law and Public Safety, the Dept. of Transportation, the Dept. of the Treasury, and the Motor Vehicle Commission.
The event is open to the public and all residents are encouraged to attend.
