Sires attends opening of Wounded Warrior Project fundraiser

Rep. Albio Sires joined Wounded Warriors and other members of the armed forces for the opening ceremony of the AT&T National golf tournament. In addition to raising funds for youth education, the tournament pays tribute to the men and women of the armed services through free admission, special amenities, and care package assembly stations. Tournament attendees also have the opportunity to sign the “We Salute Our Heroes” tribute wall that will be displayed at military locations around the region.
“It was an honor to join Wounded Warriors at today’s ceremony and have the opportunity to write a special message to our troops,” said Sires. “I commend AT&T National for its dedication to our military members and their families.”
