A memorial service is to be scheduled for Donald F. Bey, Jr., 45, a lifelong resident of Union City. He died at his home on Sept. 7. Donald was born in Jersey City to Donald F. Bey and Barbara Ann Bey. In addition to his parents, he is survived by his stepmother, Theresa Monaco Bey; sisters Virginia Ann Bey, Donna Bey (Kid) DeStefano and Kelly Lyn Bey Brothers in law Randolph Wey and Louis Destefano; nephews Peter Pojer, Kevin Wey and Nicholas Wey; aunts Janet Afifi and Ginnie Bey DeMartino. Donald was an avid sports fan with a passionate rooting interest in the Dallas Cowboys and NY Rangers. His Cowboys defeated the NY Giants the week he passed away. In accordance with the deceased’s wishes’ there will be a memorial service performed at a later date to be attended by the immediate family. In lieu of flowers, mass cards or other forms of recognition, the family would greatly appreciate that a donation be made in Donald’s name to The Humane Society of The United States, 2100 L street NW, Washington, D.C. 20037.
