The results for the St. Mary’s PeeWee Basketball League have been announced for week two. In the boys’ league, the Rams defeated the Hoyas, 42-6. Scoring for the Rams were Gregory Van Sant, 16; Devin Gomez, 14; and Avery Powel, 12. For the Hoyas, Andrew Smith, 2; Nicholas Pelliccio, 2; and William Doering, 2; scored points.
The Knicks beat the Lakers, 23-10. Scoring for the Knicks were Jeffrey Van Sant, 14; Matthew Dobronsky, 7; Zachary Taylor, 1; and Ryan Rzepinski, 1. For the Lakers, Elijah Flourney, 5; Justin Evanecky, 2; Nicholas Rodriguez, 2; and Alex Martinez, 1; scored.
The Hornets defeated the Blue Devils, 20-10. Scoring for the Hornets were Vincent Mattiello, 8; Tyler Johnson, 8; and Matthew Page, 4. For the Blue Devils, Nolan Geisler, 6; and Robert Geisler, 4; scored points.
In the girls’ league, the Hoyas beat the Blue Devils, 15-10. Scoring for the Hoyas were Jessica Van Sant, 6; Brigid McCabe, 4; Reagan Mattiello, 3; and Kaitlyn Gaetani, 2. Kayla Klumpp scored all 10 points for the Blue Devils.
The Rams defeated the Pirates, 18-2. Scoring for the Rams were Tamia Phillips, 14; Samantha Fortune, 2; and Jazmyn Maldonado, 2. Megan Feeley scored two points for the Pirates.
