A funeral mass was held Nov. 15 at St. John the Baptist Church for Fermina ‘Mennie’ Quinones, 68. She passed away Nov. 11. She was born in the Philippines and has lived in Jersey City for many years. Mennie founded the St. John the Baptist rosary group in 1986 and was a retired bank clerk for Chase Bank. She was the wife of Boy Quinones; mother of Sedric Quinones, Marie and her husband Jason Chin; grandmother of Jayla and Mason Chin. Services arranged by the Riotto Funeral Home, Jersey City.
