JERSEY CITY – Jerramiah T. Healy has announced that Council President Peter Brennan and former Assemblyman and Jersey City Schools Superintendent Charles T. Epps as the latest additions to his Council Slate. They will join previously announced candidates, community activist Dan Levin and Ward F Committeeman Omar Perez.
Brennan will run for one of three at-large seats and Epps will run for Ward A.
“In putting together my re-election team, I’m looking for those who share my same motivation for both running for office and for governing – namely, always doing what’s best for the families, taxpayers and small businesses of Jersey City,” said Healy in a statement released Dec. 7. “I look forward to working with Peter Brennan and Charles Epps to continue the progress being made to keep moving our city in the right direction.”
