HOBOKEN — Apparently, 2012 is not a “very good year” for Frank Sinatra Drive in Hoboken.
According to a story on the Wall Street Journal’s blog Tuesday, the Hudson County freeholders will receive a report today (Tuesday) saying the cracked waterfront road will need up to $10 million worth of complicated fixes. The construction will disrupt traffic, the report says.
“The report is expected to be discussed before a caucus of the Hudson County Freeholders Tuesday afternoon before it’s presented at the full meeting Thursday,” the blog says. “Sandy caused extensive flooding in the city, but not in the Frank Sinatra Drive section that the study focused on.”
